Welcome to Classy Worldwide Getaways, Shirley Pulham, CTC, MCC, President and Owner. Thank you for visiting my site today.  The following information is provided so you will know a little something about me and my agency.

My agency was established in July 1999.  I have been in the travel industry for over 2-1/2 years.  Prior to that time I worked for the Federal Government, Department of Defense (DOD) for over 30 years in Civilian Personnel, as a Personnel Specialist.  During that time I lived and worked in France, England and Germany for 15 years. I was able to travel all over Europe, North Africa and Turkey and experience the customs, country and most all the people of each country I visited. I took many tours with different tour operators in the USA including Hawaii and Alaska, Europe, Australia and New Zealand and I know that I have skills I need in planning your trips. I have cruised on several different cruise ships, inspected over 20 cruise ships in the Cruise Lines International Association, remember you haven't lived until you've cruised.  This traveling all over the world has given me the opportunity to gain knowledge, the ability to negotiate, so I can arrange your tours, cruises and vacation dreams, be able to pay attention to detail in working with you as clients.

As you can see, I love to travel, I will always be in training, attend seminars so I can keep up with the industries new technology.  I want to be able to provide you with outstanding service and information for the purpose of planning your cruise, tour or vacation dreams anywhere in the world.  This training will assist me in keeping up with the latest travel industry trends, prices, new cruises, tours and other  related travel programs so I can keep you abreast of the things you need to know before you go on your trip.

MISSION STATEMENT

Classy Worldwide Getaways will promote, provide and sell travel to clients that are interested in receiving professional travel information in planning their future experiences.

I will constantly improve my services to clients through Education, Training and keep up with the latest technology in the travel industry.

Clients that work with Classy Worldwide Getaways will receive satisfaction, honesty and integrity as these are most important ingredients of my mission.

CREDENTIALS

Two years before retirement, I enrolled in Pima College Tucson, AZ so I could be in the  Travel/Hospitality Program. I am still taking their classes to keep abreast of the travel industry's new technology.

I am a member of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and have a Masters in Cruise Counseling (MCC).  Also Institute of Certified Travel Agents (ICTA) I have taken the TAP Test, passed the Certified Travel Associated Course (CTA) and the Certified Travel Counselor Program (CTC).
